The grinder is designed for EPS lump scrap granulation.
It is a hammer grinder where grinding is made possible by means of rotating hammers fixedly attached to a horizontal axis.
When ground beads reach the size of the mesh openings (8...10 mm), regranulate is fed by suction to the storage bin. Ground EPS can be reused to manufacture EPS sheets, it should be added to the new beads in the ratio of around 1:10.
