That is why there is a constant growth in the demand for thermal insulation materials. The greater part of the insulator market is occupied by expanded polystyrene (styrofoam).
As expanded polystyrene consists of 90% of air it is more profitable to launch the manufacturing at a construction site.

The equipment is designed to manufacture expanded polystyrene and thermal insulation sheets with the trademark density ranging from 15 to 50 in accordance with the Russian State Standard.

All the machines for the production of expanded polystyrene can be divided into five separate groups:

1. Preexpander;
2. Pneumatic feeding facilities which feed the bunkers (preexpanded material and crushed foam transportation);
3. Operating pneumatic system and electrical accessories for the semiautomatic process control;
4. Molding equipment;
5. Block and sheet cutting equipment and grinders.

Expandable polystyrene (EPS) is used as the material to manufacture EPS sheets.
